The Georgia Landlord Tenant Act (Title 44)

This is the legislative act that governs the relationship between Georgia landlords and their tenants. The legislature has established a high benchmark as to how this relationship should be handled and they have some severe penalties for those landlords who try to abuse tenants and ignore these laws.
